Shipping & Payment Policy

1. Delivery

Nationwide delivery within Vietnam by courier or freight. International B2B shipments (essential oil, menthol, dried herbs, pyrethrum) are quoted case by case under FOB/CIF or EXW terms.

2. Delivery times

• Hanoi: 1–2 working days.
• Other provinces: 2–5 working days.
• Seedlings: according to the nursery schedule, usually 3–10 days after order confirmation.
• B2B and export orders: as per contract.

3. Payment

• Cash on delivery (domestic orders).
• Bank transfer to the company account stated in the order confirmation.
• B2B/export: deposit and balance as per contract (T/T); VAT invoice on request.
